In a bright green meadow, a clever spider named Silky spun threads of shimmering silk. “I want to make something special for my friend, Lila the ladybug!” he exclaimed, his eight legs dancing with excitement. But, oh no! Lila shivered in the chilly breeze. “I need a cozy sweater!” she sighed. Silky thought and thought, his eight eyes sparkling with ideas. “I will knit her a sweater!” With nimble fingers, he wove a beautiful red sweater dotted with black spots. “Lila, look!” he shouted. Lila gasped with joy, “It’s perfect!” Together, they twirled in the sun, warm and happy, as friends should be.
