Part 3 of the story "Sammy and the Tower That Stole Tomorrow" Sammy, the clever little squirrel, climbed the winding staircase toward the top of the tower. Each step showed a different memory. His first acorn. His first invention. His first friend. Then... The memories suddenly changed. He saw places he had never visited. Animals he had never met. Events that had not happened yet. At the top of the tower sat an old beaver wearing a coat made entirely of clock gears. Without looking up, he quietly said, "Welcome, Sammy." "The future has been hidden." "But only an inventor can build a new path to tomorrow." The old beaver slowly handed Sammy a tiny golden gear. Just as Sammy reached for it... The entire tower vanished. Where has the tower gone?
