Kiki scampered along the dirt path, her fluffy brown fur shimmering in the sunlight. Suddenly, a faint whimper pierced the air. Curious, she halted and spotted a tiny, shivering puppy near a tree. “Oh no, little one!” Kiki exclaimed, gently scooping the pup into her arms. Its big, scared eyes looked up at her. With determination, Kiki trotted towards the nearby animal shelter. The staff gasped in delight as she arrived, cradling her new friend. One caretaker ruffled Kiki’s fur and rewarded her with a banana. As Kiki munched happily, the puppy wagged its tail, now safe and loved.
