Benny Bear usually slept peacefully every winter. But one cold night, he simply could not fall asleep. He rolled left. He rolled right. He counted snowflakes outside his cave. Nothing worked. As Benny wandered through the snowy forest, he noticed other animals awake too. A little rabbit was scared of the wind, and a tiny mouse missed its family. So Benny gathered everyone inside his warm cave. They drank berry tea, shared stories, and listened to the crackling fire. Before long, everyone slowly drifted to sleep together.
