In every smile we give, every hand we extend, every wound we help heal, we draw nearer to the heart of the Gospel. The world is hurting. Many are hungry—not just for bread, but for meaning, for peace, for love that does not end. And yet, even in the darkest night, the light of Christ never goes out. He walks with us, even when we feel most alone. Faith is not a shield against struggle, but a path through it. Jesus does not promise us a life without storms; He promises we will never face them alone. Let us be witnesses of that promise. Let us not close our hearts to those who suffer, to the poor, to the lonely, to the forgotten. Let us rediscover tenderness—a strength the world has often mistaken for weakness. The Church must be a field hospital, not a fortress. A place of welcome, not judgment. I urge each of you to be builders of bridges, not walls. The world needs mercy more than ever. Let your dreams be large, beautiful, and rooted in love. And to the elderly: your wisdom is the foundation on which new generations grow. Your stories matter. Your prayers are powerful. And to all who are tired, burdened, or doubting: God has not forgotten you. You are not invisible to Him. In His eyes, you are precious. Your life has purpose. Your presence matters.
